Returns, Refunds & Delivery Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • UK Standard Delivery ~ 3–5 business days
  • UK Express Delivery ~ 1–2 business days
  • International Delivery ~ 7–14 business days

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs delays or postal disruptions.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and personalised products.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact me at ajfpdesign@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
