Returns, Refunds & Delivery Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. You can now activate the cancellation / returns policy personally.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery of the last item in your order to return an item with no given reason needed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. Any shipping fees will be covered by the customer. Custom pieces are unfortunately exempt from return and refund eligibility. Please get in touch with me at cultofelysium@gmail.com to process this request.

Refunds

You have 14 days to claim a refund from the date of delivery. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

You have until fulfilment to claim a cancellation.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including sale items, gift cards, and personalised products.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact me at cultofelysium@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
